Chromatic Legacy Challenge: A New Sims 4 Challenge
Looking for a new Sims 4 challenge to try out? A new one has been making its way around the community, and it’s sweeping players off their feet. The Chromatic Legacy Challenge, created by @maximumdino, is a more intense version of the popular Not So Berry challenge. Instead of focusing on a single color, however, this one requires you to play through 15 generations, each with a different color and theme.
The Generations
The challenge has players play through 15 generations, each with specific rules regarding traits, aspirations, careers, and decorating in a particular color. There are some general rules to the challenge, such as allowing cheats if you don’t have a particular expansion or game pack, but overall the objective is to play through each generation with a different color scheme.

The Generations
Generation 1 – Pink
Generation 2 – Yellow
Generation 3 – Red
Generation 4 – Indigo
Generation 5 – Peach
Generation 6 – Blue

The challenge requires a hefty amount of expansions and game packs, as some objectives require specific worlds. You’ll also want to focus on The Sims 4 Get Famous and The Sims 4 City Living for careers, as well as Cats and Dogs for pets.
The first generation focuses on the color pink, with objectives including running a vet clinic and adopting stray pets. The second centers around the color yellow, where you must max programming and parenting skills while working as a secret agent. The third revolves around the color red and becoming a world-renowned celebrity in Del Sol Valley. The fourth focuses on the color indigo and becoming a famous musician while dealing with love life struggles. The fifth centers around the color peach and includes objectives like maxing knitting and mixology skills. The sixth revolves around the color blue and involves helping the world while neglecting personal relationships. The seventh focuses on the color brown and encourages spending time in the great outdoors.
Each color has its own unique objectives, relationships to pursue or avoid, skills to max, and careers to pursue. Overall, it sounds like a very well-rounded challenge that provides a taste of everything The Sims 4 has to offer.
