How to become a Hashira
The criteria for becoming a Hashira remain the same regardless of when a demon slayer completes the assessment – exceptional swordsmanship skills, knowledge of demons, and physical strength and agility (given the intensity of the battles with demons). Candidates also need to have deep conviction and a strong code of justice when it comes to protecting humanity.
When a demon slayer passes the requirements and is deemed worthy to become a Hashira, they must undergo a complete selection process. Similar to the exam for becoming a probationary member, the evaluation involves a series of tests and challenges, all with the overall aim of assessing candidates on their skills, character, and resolve.
