Disney Dreamlight Valley animal companions
Want to know more about your furry friends in Disney Dreamlight Valley? Animal Companions are just as interactive as the other Dreamlight Valley villagers, and you can even have up to four equipped at a time. We’ve had a chance to check out the latest feature in the Disney game and have some details on what to expect.
Right now, it looks like there are a few ways to find your Dreamlight Valley animal companions. They’ll appear in different biomes, and you’ll need to either offer them their favorite foods to unlock them or purchase them from the store. Once you’ve done so, you’ll be able to equip them to follow you or place them in the Cozy Companion Home in your village.
Disney Dreamlight Valley companion items
Update 1.4 introduces five new craftable items for interacting with your Dreamlight Valley animal companions. These will be available for purchase from the store once the update goes live. Here’s a look at each item and how you can use it in the open-world game:
These items will be made using materials found in the valley, so keep an eye out while exploring.
Once you’ve crafted the Cozy Companion Home, you’ll be able to display up to four companions. Your furry friends will roam the area, interacting with other toys, and will even play with each other if they’re placed close enough. You can interact with equipped companions and pet them when nearby.
Photo mode lets you pose with your furry friends, which is always a bonus. Remember that you can pet any equipped companions in photo mode, too.
