Warzone 2 Update Introduces Playable Maps
The latest update for the popular FPS game, Warzone 2, has brought with it the introduction of playable maps. However, this seemingly positive change has left many players outraged. The update now requires players to download all three maps, regardless of their preference, leading to a backlash against the game's developers.
Forced Map Downloads Cause Frustration
Previously, players had the option to download maps separately, allowing them to choose which ones they wanted to play. However, with the recent update, this choice has been taken away. Whether players want to play Pearl Market, Terminal, Al Mazrah, or The Gulch, they are now forced to allocate significant storage space on their devices for all three maps.
One disgruntled player expressed their dissatisfaction, stating, "I believe this decision was made to intentionally drive players away from the game. Why should I have to download maps that I have no interest in playing?"
Another player echoed this sentiment, questioning the lack of options to select specific maps. They asked, "Why am I not given the choice to pick and choose the maps I want to download? This is ridiculous!"
Developer's Response Remains Silent
Despite the mounting concerns and complaints from the community, Infinity Ward, the developers of Warzone 2, have yet to address the issue. This lack of response has only further fueled the disappointment among players. If the developers fail to acknowledge and rectify the situation, many players may start seeking alternative FPS games.
