How to Unlock Ursula in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To add Ursula to your roster of playable characters, you must first restore the Pillar of Friendship in Peaceful Meadows. Reach a specific friendship level with three different characters to unlock the orb, and then place the orb in the pillar. This action unlocks new areas in Disney Dreamlight Valley, allowing you to use Dreamlight to interact with the area's inhabitants.
Once the orb is placed in the Pillar of Friendship, Dreamlight will reveal a new area called Dazzle Beach. Interact with the Dreamlight orb here to unlock even more areas in Peaceful Meadows.
How to Unlock Dazzle Beach in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Dazzle Beach, a hidden area in Peaceful Meadows, is initially blocked by a dark aura. To unlock this location, you'll need to use Dreamlight, which requires mining Dreamlight Crystals in the valley.
To access the cave leading to Dazzle Beach, follow the secluded beach pathway in Peaceful Meadows. Look for the cave entrance marked by a yellow lantern.
Inside the cave, you'll encounter Ursula, the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid, who mistakenly entered the wrong cave while searching for the Orb of Power. Ursula will provide you with a Crystal Key to unlock the real cave.
Place the Crystal Key on a black pedestal near a stone door to open the entrance to the true cave.
Within the cave, a puzzle awaits you involving three pillars and different colored gems. To progress, you'll need to obtain the following items:
After placing the gems in their respective pillars, you'll proceed to the second puzzle. This puzzle involves planting and harvesting a carrot, a tomato, and wheat. Obtain the seeds from Goofy's stalls in Peaceful Meadows and Dazzle Beach.
By planting, watering, and harvesting the carrot, tomato, and wheat, you'll be able to cook Veggie Pasta using a stove in the next area. Find the recipe by mining a stone pile.
Using the Royal Fishing Rod in a yellow puddle at the bottom of the cave will allow you to obtain the Orb of Power. Place the orb in its respective pillar outside the cave to remove the dark aura blocking Ursula's cave.
Return to Ursula to release her from the cave, initiating a new quest called Liar Sweet Liar, which involves building her home.
Building Ursula's home requires spending 10,000 Star Coins, as well as acquiring paper, Dream Shards, and Purple Pigment.
