You'll have the ability to customize your power armor sets and craft powerful weapons like the Railway Rifle, which can dispose of enemies from a distance. With this build, you'll also be able to survive melee combat if you're caught in a tight spot. Additionally, it gives you the ability to use crafted weapons in Power Armor mods from the start.
The Smooth Talker
Many of the strongest builds rely more on the character’s ability to alter the nature of their encounters through charisma. The Smooth Talker build excels in this area. With perks such as Intimidation and Lady Killer/Black Widow, you can alter the nature of many everyday encounters. Power-wise, this build leans towards a stealth playstyle, relying on avoiding fights.
The Demolitions Expert
If explosions are your thing, then the Demolitions Expert build is for you. Focus on explosives and the Demolition Expert perk to enable the functionality necessary to annihilate enemies. Utilize perks such as Demolition Expert, Gun Nut, and Scrounger to craft devastating explosives like Pulse Grenades or Mini-Nukes and find plentiful supplies to raid.
The Explosives Expert
Similar to the Demolitions Expert build, the Explosives Expert build enhances the effectiveness of your explosives. With the Demolition Expert perk as a cornerstone, you'll become proficient in using explosives over time. Max out Explosives Expert and Demolition Expert and watch as you tear through enemies.
Sneak and Kill
The perfect assassin needs a good weapon, excellent sneak capability, and an in-built detection system. The Sneak and Kill build focuses on maximizing your sneak stat by stacking perks. If you don't already own a suit of Power Armor, it's recommended for the stealth bonus it provides.
The Bodyguard
The Bodyguard build is all about supporting your companions with powerful and meaningful perks. Boost their effectiveness in various ways, such as increasing damage and defenses, healing them, and providing XP boosts. This build is essential for those who value companionship in their wasteland adventures.
