We recommend keeping the solution to the first Song of the Guardian location to yourself since this area is easily accessible with a fast travel point and several gates you can open. This first Song of the Guardian pushback puzzle location can only be solved once and does not stay in your inventory - you only get the reward once and then can't play it again.
How to Get the Remnant: From the Ashes Bell Puzzle Solutions
You can find individual song solutions in the Yaesha area of the game. We recommend keeping a record of all the bell puzzle solutions or taking screenshots in case the book goes missing. Since the book doesn't go into your inventory, once you've played the song, it's gone.
Red Doe Puzzle
This is one of the first puzzles you'll encounter, right after you free the doe in the Abandoned Village. To complete this puzzle, you have to recreate the song by sound.
First, fire off the Northern Bell to lower the gate and then the Southern Bell to call the Doe towards you. On your second shot, don't fire the Northern Bell again - it's supposed to ring out loud as a natural ring for the music. This doesn't mean take your time and carefully aim the bell, just point in the general direction and fire and it'll automatically complete the song. If you follow this pattern and play the bells in this order, you'll unlock the Song of the Doe.
Pan Flautist Puzzle
This is the checkpoint before visiting the Pan Flautist. The nature of this puzzle is that you have to recreate the song by sound. However, in this case, you don't play the bells back in the right order; instead, you take an impromptu solution by dropping off kid-Caleb into the river and then shooting the bells one by one to drown out the flute.
Listen for the sounds of the bells ringing out and then fire your gun, using the Noise Suppressor to stop the bells from making any feedback. Use the Southern Bell the most, firing off a shot and then immediately using the Noise Suppressor, and then the Northern Bell to repeat.
Ravager Lullaby Puzzle
This puzzle involves matching the image of the wolf to the bells in the arena. You can solve it on your own, but taking a screenshot or noting the order can save you from repeating your first mistake.
When the gate is down, fire the Northern Bell and run through, firing the Southern Bell when you're at the landing spot near the Nightmare Wolf. Repeat this until the wolf falls asleep.
