The following romance options are available in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla:

• Kissing and flirting are the first steps in any budding romance. After helping Pierre defend Theresa Fisheries against a raid, a member of Sigurd’s crew will invite players to sit on the dock and chat. Pierre reveals that he wants more from Eivor, and players can choose to deny or accept his advances. Once players have romanced Pierre, they can find him in the tavern and practice kissing.
• In the Skal mission of The Siege of Paris DLC, players discover that Paris is suffering from the same plague that struck Lunden in their adventures. Players must hunt for a medicine to quell the sickness, which ultimately fails and requires a new solution. This leads players to Ciara. After helping her gather ingredients, players return to her home to create a healing potion instead of one for the plague, hoping to combat it. However, the potion mutates the sickness and makes it susceptible to the powers of Daeg. Players must fight off the plague and kill an affliction dragon, making for a challenging and thrilling sub-story. Fortunately, if players choose to romance Ciara, she does not suffer the same tragic fate as Havi.
• While hunting in Lunden, players may stumble across a group of children attempting to kill a wolf. Bil will approach players with an intriguing quest: find her hidden comb. Once the quest is completed, she gladly grants players the chance to begin a no-strings fling romance, which can lead to a casual and fun relationship. Hermia and Althea provide players with more detailed information. Players can head up to the graveyard and interact with Bil at the base of one of the houses.
• Oswald’s upcoming nuptials take up a good chunk of players' time in the main story. If players want to progress with Broder, they’ll meet him during the Heraldry Hideaway side mission. Before heading over the Hill of the Heavens to bring a gift to Nimue, players should speak to Rolf Olaf at Oswald’s Haven.
• While helping Oswald put together his wedding with his love, Stowe, in The Wedding Ceremony, players learn that Broder intends to wed a woman of significance. In the meantime, however, he asks if players would like to join him and Erk Nord at Magnus’ Tavern, which also reveals his interest in them. If players can stomach breaking someone’s heart—which permanently strains the friendship with Broder—they can add him to the list of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla romance options.
• Petra becomes available as an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla romance option after completing her Chasing Foxes hunting quest. While she waits for players at Dane Bridge, they can also embark on the Restoring Balance activity and return the cursed tree to its former glory.
