MOST VALUABLE ONE PIECE CARDS

Charlotte Persopero
Charlotte Persopero might be amongst the most popular cards in the game right now, and with good reason. His trigger ability lets you discard one card from your hand to search your deck for any character, which is especially useful for thinning out your deck. The fact that you don’t have to shuffle your deck after discarding means you’re more likely to draw what you’re looking for next turn.
Marco the Phoenix
Marco the Phoenix is a very viable card, especially since he can be revived from the trash by using the effect of Nami’s card. He significantly nerfs your opponent’s defense, making him a priority target for your opponent to remove from play.
Monkey D. Luffy
Monkey D. Luffy is basically a damage-dealing machine, and this card reflects that. With the ability to dish out a lot of damage in a single turn, he is a valuable addition to any deck.
Charlotte Katakuri
Charlotte Katakuri is obscenely expensive, but if you can get him out on the field, he’s worth it. His high cost is justified by his impressive damage stats, as well as his card, which features his iconic battle against Straw Hat Luffy.
Pudding
Pudding is only recently relevant to the story, but she has some powerful abilities that make her worth investing in. She helps build a strong attack by allowing you to draw two cards on your turn, which she can also do if she is sent to the trash.
Rob Lucci
Former antagonist Rob Lucci has always been a fan favorite, and his aesthetic card reflects that. Aside from his popularity, he has some very interesting powers, including the ability to inflict a lot of damage on your opponent, as well as the ability to send your own characters to the trash.
Portgas D. Ace
Another popular character from the series, Portgas D. Ace may no longer be alive in the current story, but his legacy still looms large. His alternate art card reflects his popularity and longevity, as well as his interesting powers, which include a very useful effect that buffs your damage.
Nami’s Leader Card
Nami’s Leader card is currently banned in competitive play, but that doesn’t stop it from being one of the most valuable cards in Pillars of Strength. Her broken effect essentially allows you to win the game instead of losing when you run out of cards, which is a big deal.
Charlotte Cracker
Charlotte Cracker is a formidable foe for Luffy, and his leader card reflects that. Being able to rearrange your Life cards is a big deal, as you can simply place your most powerful character at the front of your deck, ready to be revived. The damage buff he receives is also very useful for keeping him alive.
God Usopp
God Usopp is a recent addition to the One Piece world, but he’s proven himself to be quite the force to be reckoned with. His character card represents that power and, well, his godliness. He can draw a card each turn, which is very useful in keeping your hand stocked with cards. His ability to return an opponent’s character to the hand is also very useful, especially in defense-heavy decks.
