Yakuza games now available on GoG.com

The Yakuza games have made their DRM-free debut on GoG.com, after being available on Steam for years. This incredible series can now be picked up for just over $34, including seven full games. If you manage to play through all of them, it would be the deal of the century.

PC gamers are quite familiar with most of the entries in the series. The Yakuza games are known for their over-the-top slapstick violence, emotional smoking scenes, brilliant minigames, and fortune cookie homilies.

In our Yakuza Kiwami 2 review, PC Game Spotlight's Jorge Jimenez stated that the series taught him how to be a Japanese mobster. He had to learn to dive into rivers with his enemies, eat cheeseburgers, and sing karaoke, all thanks to this series. So if you haven't experienced Sega's criminally underrated series, now is as good a time as any.

Make sure you check out Yakuza: The Complete Series on GoG to see everything included. It is worth noting that the series often sees steep discounts, so if you're not sure, you can start by looking for a good deal on Yakuza 5. It is also worth pointing out that PC Game Spotlight editor-in-chief Phil Savage has spent a whopping 456 hours playing these games. There is definitely a long track record of love for these games in the PC Game Spotlight office.
