The Season 4 Reloaded update for DMZ is here, and boy does it pack a punch. Following the release of the Season 4 update, which added new maps and more, developer Lilith has not rested on its laurels, and has instead pushed the update even further with an array of exciting new content.

Whether you’re a newcomer to the world of DMZ or a seasoned veteran, you’re sure to find something to love in the Season 4 Reloaded update. The wide range of changes and additions includes three new maps, a new game mode, weapon changes, and more.

New maps

The big addition to this update is the introduction of three brand new maps: Harbor, Scrapyard, and Airship. Each offers a unique environment you’ll be familiar with if you’ve played other games in the genre, but each offers its own strategic opportunities, so no two matches will ever feel the same.

Airship

This map is set on an abandoned airship which has become a hotspot for criminal activity. Teams must fight for control of the stacked containers on the deck of the ship, or the central control room at the top.

Harbor

On Harbor, you’ll be fighting it out on the deck of a massive cargo ship. This map allows you to use the ship’s cranes as cover, but you’ll have to keep an eye out for snipers perched atop the ship’s lighthouse.

Scrapyard

Scrapyard is an abandoned ironworks where teams must fight to control the central workshop. Its maze-like corridors and wide-open spaces make for a chaotic battleground, so be prepared for anything.

Capture the Flag

Alongside the three new maps, a new Multiplayer game mode has been added to the mix: Capture the Flag. This fresh and competitive twist adds new layers to the gameplay you know and love, so be sure to try it out.

In Capture the Flag, your team must work together to capture the enemy’s flag while ensuring your own flag remains secure. If your flag is taken, you’ll need to respawn and make your way back to your base to defend it.

Weapon changes

Alongside the new maps, DMZ is also making some significant weapon balance changes and updates. Expect to see adjustments to weapon balance, aiming mechanics, and overall performance in order to enhance your gameplay experience.

New weapons

Not only are there a range of weapon balance updates, but Season 4 Reloaded introduces several new weapons to the game, ensuring you have even more options to choose from when it comes to your loadout.

Quality-of-life

You can expect a range of quality-of-life improvements to enhance your experience, such as optimizations to matchmaking, improved hit detection, and various UI enhancements.

Customisation

Not only can you expect new maps and game modes, but Season 4 Reloaded has introduced a whole new Battle Pass to the game. This includes exclusive rewards and challenges that you can earn while playing the game, incentivising you to progress and earn your rewards as you play.

The new Battle Pass will offer a wide range of cosmetic items, including weapon blueprints, operator skins, and more, so be sure to get on it and start earning your rewards.

That’s everything you need to know about the DMZ Season 4 Reloaded update. Get ready to dive into the action, explore the new maps, master the new game mode, and get your loadout ready to dominate the competition in DMZ Season 4 Reloaded.
