Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways DLC Leak

A reliable source suggests that the release date for Separate Ways DLC in Resident Evil 4 may have been narrowed down. This leak is based on the ongoing datamining of Resident Evil 4 at Zero Latency and past history. There have already been two separate DLCs released for the Capcom horror game, with hints at a third.

When the Resident Evil 4 Remake was released, there were some content removals, but not all were permanent. Soon after the game's launch, Capcom released the Mercenaries mode as a free DLC, followed by two separate DLCs titled The Detective's Story and Let Mistress T Serve. Based on the past release schedule, it is expected that new content will be released before early 2024.

A reputable leaker known as 'Dusk Golem' provided release hints for the next game in a Discord that keeps track of Resident Evil leaks. Although not explicitly mentioned, it is strongly hinted that the primary focus of the next game will be Resident Evil 4, as there are not many remaining primary games in the series.

Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways DLC

Separate Ways is a popular campaign in Resident Evil 4, featuring Ada Wong and introducing new content to the original game. The mention of Separate Ways in the context of the remake suggests that it will be a significant DLC experience, similar to The Detective's Story and Let Mistress T Serve.

While it remains uncertain if Separate Ways will be the final DLC for the Resident Evil 4 remake, it is confirmed that the beloved Umbrella Mode will not be included. However, there is hope that the highly anticipated Resident Evil Resistance will eventually become a reality, as hinted by a previous Resident Evil 4 DLC leak.

In the original game, there was a bonus mode called Assignment: Ada, but it is non-canon and not part of the remake's roadmap. Whether players prefer a canon or non-canon experience, the return of Ada Wong in the remake offers a lot to love, especially with her unique skill set.
