The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Unveiling Hidden Gems

Embark on a royal quest to save Princess Zelda and unravel the mysteries of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. But be careful, as you may unknowingly pass by some truly wondrous places.

Even by taking the most direct route, you might stumble upon uncharted territory. Here are eight hidden locations in the game that were literally right under your nose:

1. En-oma Shrine

Location: Underneath Lake Hylia

This shrine, along with the rest of the Tears of the Kingdom Temples, is automatically activated as part of the story. As Calypso sails under Lake Hylia, an ominous metallic roar echoes from above. Follow the beam and head towards the sky to solve the situation.

If you're familiar with Breath of the Wild, you'll recognize the prominent location of the Temple of Time. In Tears of the Kingdom, however, the Temple of Time has been replaced by a new temple built in the sky.

2. Temple of Time (the new one)

Location: Between the Rifts of Mordor and Muraz Du

Calypso and Zelda arrive at this new temple after traveling through a trench, a hole in the sky, and a tunnel.

3. Abandoned Temple of Time

Location: In the Hateno Highlands

If you stray from the intended path, you'll stumble upon the Abandoned Temple of Time. Although you can't enter the temple itself, there's plenty to explore in the surrounding area. After completing the main story, Tetra's Pirates decide to renovate the temple and use it as a base of operations.

4. Faron Skies

Location: Near the end of the dungeon's story, Calypso and Zelda travel from the sky temple to the Faron Sky Archipelago. This floating island chain allows you to soar through the sky as long as your stamina holds out.

5. Temple of Time Arch

Location: Near the stairs in Hateno Village

A new temple must have an arch, right? The Temple of Time Arch can be found in Hateno Village, just behind the stairs. While there's no conclusive evidence linking it to the temple, there's a possibility that it may play a role in the final battle.

6. Temple of Time Cave

Location: See Secret Location 5

Next to the Temple of Time Arch, towards the back, there's a mysterious cave. Its entrance is sealed off, potentially hiding secrets related to the missing Temple of Time and the Master Sword.

7. The Snowfield Stable

Location: In Snowfield Stable

Embark on the quest 'A Horse of the Golden Mountain' to investigate potential Princess Zelda sightings. During this quest, visit the Snowfield Stable, a snowy area where a special guest awaits.

That concludes our list of hidden locations in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Happy exploring!
