A guide to finding and defeating the ten Stalnox bosses in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Are you looking for where to find all the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Stalnox locations? With ten of these deadly beasts to do battle with, you might need some help taking them down. Thankfully, they are perfectly willing to oblige and accept your most vigorous of challenges.

These skeletal versions of another, more common boss you'll come across in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild are called Hinox. Their telltale mounds of orange bones will be the sign of a Stalnox location. If you can't defeat one before the sun comes up, though, it'll be too late; they'll burrow underground, and won't reappear until the next night. With the next installment in the series releasing soon, dedicated fans are working hard to fully complete the first game in what is often considered one of the best games of all time. Here are all the Stalnox locations you can find in Breath of the Wild.

Stalnox boss fights

Once you've tired of looking at each other, Stalnox will still rise again each night to be challenged once more. However, after the first time, a star appears beside their health bar to indicate that you've already taken this specific boss down.

Understandably, Stalnox aren't just hanging around all the time for you to wake up and take down, so there's no simple 'Stalnox location' guide. You'll be able to tell where they'll spawn because there will be a huge mound of bones there during the day. If you can't defeat a Stalnox before 5 AM rolls around, it'll be too late - the Stalnox burrows underground and will not reappear until the next night.

Here are the ten Stalnox coordinates:

The closest landmark to the Rowan Plain Stalnox is the Serenne Stable.

To find the Harfin Valley Stalnox, head northwest from Calora Lake Stable or southwest from Lode Falls Stable. You shouldn't have any trouble spotting it from above.

The Eastern Daval Peak Stalnox is a little trickier to find, given its mountainous location, but it's certainly simple to spot once you're there. From the Upper Zora's River Fast Travel, head north toward the waterfall at Oman Kaoh which is just west of Eastern Daval Peak.

Just east of the Gungha Desert Stable is this labyrinth under the ground. Many players go through this for themselves, but you can check out our walkthrough if you want an indication of what to do.

The Lanayru Highlands Stalnox is also a Boneyard Boss which also includes a skeleton variant of the Guardian Stalker enemy. Make sure you clear out the two Bokoblin camps nearby to make it easier for yourself.

The Deren Gorge Stalnox is located to the west of Lurelin Village. If you're at the top of Death Mountain, facing west, it's the closest Stalnox to you.
