Far Cry 6
Far Cry 6 introduces some strange new weapons for players to cause mayhem with. Let's take a closer look at each of the Resolver weapons, including explanations of their uses.
Zeusito
Zeusito, the flaming sword, is one of the first Resolver weapons you acquire in Far Cry 6. While it may seem impressive, its combat effectiveness is limited. Initially, it functions as a standard melee weapon set on fire, allowing for a few early nighttime stealth kills. However, its damage output is disappointing, making it advisable to switch to a different weapon as you progress.
El Susurro
El Susurro, a modded nail gun, is a fan favorite. However, despite its charm, it is not recommended. It proves difficult to use when trying to target nimble Peña runners in the open world. There are superior options available, such as automatic weapons and shotguns, offering better damage and versatility.
La Clavadora
La Clavadora is an attractive crossbow that fires harpoons. Unfortunately, it falls short in terms of damage and speed, making it an impractical choice over guns. While it allows for silent takedowns, there are alternative poisons with a larger area of effect. As you progress in the game, you will have access to superior weapons and tools, rendering La Clavadora unnecessary.
El Besito
El Besito is a gas gun that spews poison gas. While niche, it can be useful against slow-moving targets while maintaining a stealth approach. However, poison grenades offer similar effects with greater area of effect and damage. For more versatility, consider using a combination of fire and smoke grenades along with the Tostador.
Pyrotechno
Pyrotechno is a bucket full of fireworks, allowing you to create explosive displays. Although it seems cool, it is one of the least effective custom Far Cry 6 weapons. The difficult aiming and slow movement speed of the fireworks make it challenging to use. There are far superior weapons available for causing fire-related damage.
Discos Locos
The miniature sawblade launcher, known as Discos Locos, is a fun weapon but difficult to aim accurately. If you are skilled in close-quarters combat and possess expert aiming, Discos Locos may appeal to you. However, its niche application and unclear advantages make it a questionable choice.
La Sorpresa
La Sorpresa presents an interesting weapon option. In the wrong hands, it can cause unintended damage, but it can also create satisfying explosions. It is particularly effective against vehicles, such as tanks and armored cars, or during intense firefights. However, caution must be exercised to prevent self-inflicted harm.
El Muro
El Muro is an excellent combination of a close-range shield and shotgun. It allows for easy takedowns of enemies, including large foes and heavy vehicles. Definitely a recommended choice for close-quarters combat.
