Leather is just one of many Crafting materials in Palia. But it's one of the most important ones to know how to acquire. Thankfully, it drops fairly often when you hunt Sernuk, which are found around Kilima Village and Bahari Bay. If you've unlocked the Loom on your plot, you can also craft Leather using hides over time.

How to unlock the Loom in Palia

You can unlock the Loom on your Palia plot by reaching Furniture skill level two and purchasing a recipe from Tish. You can also purchase it from the Market for 20,000 Palia Points (PP).

You can then craft Leather at the Loom on your plot; it takes a few minutes, and the advanced Loom refines it faster.

How to obtain Sernuk hides in Palia

Sernuk hides are used to craft Leather. You can obtain Sernuk hides by hunting Sernuk in Bahari Bay or around Kilima Village. The ones around Kilima Village are tougher, so consider upgrading your bow or arrows first.

You can purchase Sernuk Hide from Zeki's General Store in the village. It costs 60 gold per piece.

Leather is a rare drop when tilling your plot, but it's not reliable. The easiest way to obtain Leather is by hunting Sernuk around Kilima Village.

And that's everything you need to know to obtain Leather in Palia. Make sure you know how to obtain each of the other Palia crafting materials to upgrade your tools and furniture in the open game.
