The Clock Puzzle in The Lemark District requires you to locate the correct time from the Hewdas Clock in Morrow Parish, Brocwythe Quarter, or Forsaken Quarter. Once you’ve spoken to the clock’s owner, you’ll need to find a specific enemy type to obtain the Clockwork Pinion.
How to solve the Remnant 2 Clock Puzzle
The Remnant 2 Clock Puzzle can be found inside The Lemark District’s workshop. Head down the stairs from the church and turn to your right. Interact with the clock hanging on the wall to trigger a scene and set off the quest ‘Clockwork Fae’.
During this conversation, you’ll learn that the owner of the clock in Morrow Parish is missing, along with his clock. He’s convinced that the Clockwork Fae are to blame. He also mentions that you should use a scoped weapon or aim from a distance to check the time.
It’s up to you whether you want to explore Morrow Parish or head straight to The Lemark District. Either way, you’ll be able to find the correct time from the Hewdas Clock.
Clock time in The Lemark District
While you’re still in the workshop, return to the Lemark District and head to The Hewdas Clock. As you approach the Lemark District’s church, you should notice the clock on the wall.
Now that you have the time, you need to locate the Clockwork Fae. Return to the workshop and walk down the stairs. Instead of heading to the left, follow the stairs to the top, then take the first set of stairs on the right. You should be above the bell tower.
Climb the Hewdas Clock tower, but be careful. Several Winged Fae are disguised as the clock’s hands. Quickly run down the stairs, turn around, and aim your weapon. It’s best to use the Bolt Launcher, but you can also attack with the Scythe or Warpick.
Climb back up the Hewdas Clock tower, interact with the lever, insert the Clockwork Pinion, and restart the Hewdas Clock.
Clockwork Pinion locations
The Clockwork Pinion allows you to climb the Hewdas Clock. You can obtain this upgrade either from the Clockwork Fae in The Lemark District or Morrow Parish. It’s easier to collect the Clockwork Pinion in The Lemark District, so we recommend doing so now.
Climb the Hewdas Clock tower, avoiding the disguised Winged Fae. Once you reach the top, interact with the clock face to obtain the Broken Timepiece. You can craft the Time Lapse weapon Mod with this item, as well as the Lumenite Crystals and scrap.
With the Time Lapse weapon Mod equipped, freeze enemies by shooting the six-meter blast. Cancel freeze by damaging the enemy to apply SLOW, which severely slows the enemy’s movement.
