Tears of the Kingdom's Fastest Aircraft

A player in Tears of the Kingdom has recently unveiled the game's fastest aircraft yet, thanks to a clever glitch that allows them to repurpose air-powered elevators for their own creations. By manipulating the lightweight materials, players have been able to take to the skies of Hyrule with their inventive aircraft, including the remarkable Mach1 V-2.

Reddit user u/MiztrSageTOTK-Only shared their creation on the Tears of the Kingdom subreddit, providing a video demonstration of the Mach1 V-2 in action, as well as detailed instructions on how to build it.

The Mach1 V-2 is powered by a single fan, which intriguingly isn't even attached to the aircraft itself. Despite this unconventional setup, the fan propels the Mach1 V-2 at an impressive speed, allowing it to travel from the Great Plateau to Kakariko Village in just 2 minutes and 40 seconds – faster than some loading screens.

However, the aircraft's speed also introduces some glitches. The game may briefly freeze as it struggles to keep up with the Mach1 V-2's velocity, and landing the aircraft is far from graceful. Once the battery runs out, the aircraft continues to descend until it crashes to the ground.

The Game's First Perpetual Flying Machine

A different player in Tears of the Kingdom has gone one step further and constructed the game's first perpetual flying machine, which operates solely on electricity. Although the design is more complex and time-consuming, it offers worry-free flying without the need to constantly monitor battery power.

This player has also shared their design on Reddit, explaining that it takes around two hours to craft all of the necessary components. Take a look at their complete design below:

Now that you're aware of the fastest and most reliable aircraft in Tears of the Kingdom, it's time to embark on a quest to discover the best Tears of the Kingdom seeds. Even after five years on Steam, this PC game of 2023 still holds secrets waiting to be unveiled.
