How to Disable the Guardian Statues in Baldur's Gate 3

During your time in Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll likely encounter a Tiefling camp near the Druid’s Grove. The Underground Passage beneath the grove is filled with guardian statues that attack with fireballs. Don’t worry though, as there are two options available to deal with the statues – long-range attacks and disabling them properly.
The Druid’s Grove is the third major area that you’ll visit in your travels in Baldur’s Gate 3. After quickly dispatching the Tieflings in the area, you’ll want to head down the Underground Passage beneath the grove. There, you’ll find numerous Guardian Statues that attack you with fireballs. If your party gets too close, you’ll have a very bad time. Luckily, there are two ways to deal with them – long-range attacks or disabling them properly.
As soon as you reach the Underground Passage beneath the Druid’s Grove, you’ll probably want to flee from the Guardian Statues. However, if you do so, you’ll never learn the secrets of disabling them and navigating the treacherous Underground Passage. Instead, leave most of your party in a safe spot. Send the healthiest member to navigate the passages. If they die, it won’t be a big deal.
Your main priority should be to obtain an Invisibility Potion or cast Fog/Invisibility. This will allow your character to avoid the statues’ attacks. It’s also crucial that you don’t step on the traps that the statues activate.
To disable the statues, interact with specific panels. Doing so will deactivate the statues’ traps.
