Finding Arabella’s Parents in Baldur’s Gate 3
Since you arrive in the Shadow-Cursed Lands, Arabella has been asking around to see if anyone knows where her folks are. Her father, in particular, was last seen in the House of Healing in the city of Baldur’s Gate, but no one has seen him for a while.
Finding Arabella’s parents isn’t part of the main story in Baldur’s Gate 3. It’s an optional side quest that you can pick up once you’ve arrived in Baldur’s Gate. Arabella can be found standing outside the hidden Sharran Sanctuary area, near the Sanctuary, the House of Healing, and the Masons’ Guild.
Arabella’s Parents Location
Speak with Arabella to learn about her new magic abilities and agree to find her parents. You can choose to send Arabella to your camp or the Last Light Inn. Either way, Arabella will have different dialogue, but you don’t get any special rewards either way.
The House of Healing is located to the West and is a large building with multiple levels. The front section of the building is where you’ll find Sister Lidwin. She’s in the company of Arabella’s parents.
You have the option to lie to Sister Lidwin or attack her, but we recommend using the Speak with Dead spell on Arabella’s father for interesting dialogue.
Return to Arabella and tell her the truth about her parents. She’ll initially not believe you, but you can catch her later speaking with either Withers or Alfira (who are standing outside the building). Enter their conversation to end the questline.
You also receive the Shadowblade Ring, which is a nice bonus, and the potential for a future Arabella quest if you lie to her during the first conversation.
