The Cobijada Sisters teleport to a room in The City of the Blessed Name after speaking to them, and attack walls or reveal hidden locations to uncover them.
There are many hidden Cobijada Sisters in Blasphemous 2, and discovering them unlocks significant upgrades in the Hack and Slash game. Pay tribute to the largest Cobijada in exchange for Tears of Atonement and upgrades, including new items and the ability to return to the City of the Blessed Name from any Prie Dieus. Resting at a Prie Dieus will also restore both health and fervor, and fast-travel between activated Prie Dieus becomes possible after finding six sisters. Finding all nine sisters rewards you with the Cobijada Mayor Altarpiece, which provides constant healing over time.
