You’ll need to complete the previous tier two White Lotus mission “Intrusion” to unlock this one.
Collect two IR beacons from the Al Sharim pass Dead Drop location.
Plant one beacon in the north tower and the other in the south tower of the Al Mazra city construction zone.

The Al Sharim Pass is a stronghold controlled by the Frontline. Expect intense battles and enemy squads when you go for the Dead Drop.
After collecting the IR beacons, you’ll need to fulfill the remaining objectives:
Locate the two unconstructed towers in the bottom right of Al Mazra city. Ascend the north tower using the elevator shaft. Place the beacon below the top level.
Option to parachute to the south tower or descend through the elevator shaft. Plant the beacon in the south tower to complete the mission.
