New Destiny 2 Season 22 content was revealed in a developer update video from Bungie, giving players an overview of what to expect from the next season of the popular FPS game. The video also gives a glimpse into the changes coming to the game’s Exotic quests, which will be making a comeback after being vaulted for Season 21.
While the new revision of Exotic quests will be available to all players in the beginning, vaulted exotic quests from previous seasons will also be making a comeback. Players who have completed the assignments in previous seasons will have the option to pick them up again in Season 22.
Bungie also discusses how the exotic mission rotation system works and how it affects players in the free PC game. The studio also touches on the reintroduction of rare red border weapons, which are making a comeback in Season 22.
Exotic Quests and Missions
Aside from the rare red border weapons, Bungie discusses the reintroduction of the Presage mission, which includes exciting rewards that players will be thrilled to earn. There will also be a variety of rewards available through the Operation: Seraph Shield content as well.
The video also provides a preview of what players can expect from the Vox Obscura activity in Season 22, including some enticing rewards.
