Elden Ring fans are talking about which old Soulsborne gear they want to see make a comeback in the upcoming FromSoft RPG game's DLC. From the Vanquisher's Seal to the Threaded Cane and Dragon Tooth, there are plenty of nostalgic suggestions for returning items in Elden Ring.
Elden Ring has been a hit with fans and critics alike, but there's still some room for improvement. Fans on the Elden Ring subreddit are sharing their suggestions for returning items in the upcoming DLC, whether it be a weapon or a shield.
Some of the fan suggestions include the Vanquisher's Seal, Dragon Tooth, and Threaded Cane from Dark Souls and Bloodborne, as well as guns like pistols and the powerful Black Knight Halberd from Dark Souls.
There's also some sentimental items like the Firelink Greatsword and the Mimic head, which can increase item discovery at the cost of health. Personally, I'd be happy to see the Mimic head return, as it's one of the most unique and useful items in the Soulsborne series.
However, there's also some out-of-the-box thinking, with one fan suggesting a rocket launcher or minigun from Armored Core instead of traditional weapons. Personally, I'm down for anything that shakes up the status quo.
Regardless of your stance on returning items, it's safe to say that all Soulsborne fans are excited about the possibility. Personally, I'm a big fan of the Mimic head, Threaded Cane, and the Cleric's Ring, so I'd be ecstatic to see any of those items in action again.
