Fortnite Chapter 4 – Season 3 introduced Reality Augments, which allow the gameplay to evolve. These augmentations allow the players to try new things. The season also brought jungle-themed Reality Augments and the return of some fan-favorites.

How do Fortnite Reality Augments work?
Reality Augments become available after a two-and-a-half-minute countdown once the Battle Bus starts its route. You get two choices between all Augment categories, although you can reroll for different choices. However, your second and all further choices are subject to a 100 gold bars fee.
Once you select two, the game prompts you with a timer and the Augments remain active until the end of the match.
In addition to this, you can go in the Shop and choose up to four Reality Augments per match.
What are Fortnite Reality Augments?
There are four categories of Augments:
Combat
These provide combat-based bonuses to weapon handling, provide exclusive weapon abilities, or allow the use of unattainable weapons.
Game Changer
Game Changer Augments allow you to turn around a match simply by meeting their requirements.
Mobility & Scouting
Mobility & Scouting Augments have the potential to change the way the battle unfolds, granting new movement and scouting abilities based on the environment and gameplay elements.
Looting
Looting Augments facilitate item acquisition by making it simpler to get the items you want when you want them.
How to turn on Fortnite Reality Augments
If you want to try any of the Fortnite Reality Augments, you can turn them on by opening the map and then selecting the Augments tab. At the bottom of the page, you will find a tick box labeled ‘Reality Augments’. Tick the box to enable Reality Augments statistics in the game.
