List of Fortnite NPCs and Their Services
The Fortnite map conveniently displays the locations of all NPCs you can interact with. Look out for speech bubbles next to their icons on the map to easily locate them. We have compiled a list of NPCs in the Collection tab, as well as other characters you may come across while exploring the island. If there are any new NPCs introduced in future updates during Chapter 4 Season 3, rest assured we will include them in this list.
Encountering NPCs in Fortnite
Besides NPCs that offer services, there are also additional NPCs scattered across the map that do not provide any benefits. Some NPCs are hostile and will attack you on sight, while others are non-interactable and simply engage in routine activities. You may come across them while exploring the map, often near chests or occupied with their assigned tasks.
During your Fortnite adventures, you may also encounter non-interactable NPCs through random encounters. These NPCs can be seen performing unusual tasks in the distance. Beware, attacking certain non-interactable NPCs will provoke them and their group, resulting in an aggressive response. Keep an eye out for these hostile Fortnite enemies, such as the Fortnite Highcards. Defeating them and the Highcard boss grants you access to vaults at specific landmarks.
