You can find heartdrop lilies on cliffsides around Bahari Bay, particularly north of the Statue of Gardens. Since they spawn at night, they have a higher chance of appearing then. Still, they can appear during the day, but they’re more rare.

Thankfully, you don’t need to travel all the way to Bahari Bay. Ashura’s Foraging Guild Store sells the flower for Foraging Skill Medals. You’ll need to reach Level 10 in the Foraging skill to unlock the Store. You can earn Skill Medals by reaching that level.
Once you reach Level 10 in Foraging, you can spend Foraging Skill Medals to buy flower bundles or a single flower. You can also spend Foraging Skill Medals on items for the Fishing, Cooking, and Alchemy skills.
Hidden quest in Bahari Bay
While you’re out exploring Bahari Bay, make sure to stop by the lighthouse, which is located east of Hodari’s house. Inside, you’ll find a book. Read it to trigger a hidden quest to receive a Heartdrop Lily and Box of Chocolates.
Once you complete the quest, you’ll receive the items as a reward. The Heartdrop Lily is extremely important for romancing a villager, so don’t sell it.
