Keeping your Pokemon happy and energized in Pokemon Sleep

Want to know how to keep your Pokemon happy and energized in Pokemon Sleep? Keeping your Pokemon happy and energized is crucial for their well-being, and it’s vital if you want to progress in the game efficiently. Monitoring your Pokemon’s mood and energy levels is possible through the Pokemon Box or Active Helper Team, but ensuring their energy is vital if they’re to gather ingredients and strengthen Snorlax.

Keeping your Pokemon energized and happy is important, as it can lead to better results in the cooking minigame. Likewise, it can affect the outcomes of Pokemon Sleep quests and expeditions – for example, you may not be able to reach a certain point on the map if your Pokemon are in a bad mood. We highly recommend checking your Pokemon’s mood and energy levels regularly while they’re helping you sleep.

How to boost Pokemon energy

Several methods exist to boost your Pokemon’s energy and happiness. Sleeping, Energy Pillows, and Charge Energy Skills are the three main ways to do this.

Due to the way the game works, your Pokemon will only recharge their energy by sleeping, which can be initiated by clicking “Start Tracking Sleep” in the Pokemon Sleep menu. Only Pokemon in the Active Helper Team gain energy while you sleep.

You can improve your Pokemon’s energy gain by using Recovery Incense, which is available in the General Store. It costs 2,000 Poke Dollars and increases the energy gained during sleep by 50 points. Likewise, you can use Energy Pillows which restore energy and mood by 50 points when you don’t have time to sleep. These can be purchased or earned as rewards.

Certain Pokemon possess the Charge Energy Skill, which improves their energy and mood. For example, Azumarill and Marill strengthen their energy and mood by 12 points if they’re placed in the Active Helper Team.

Adding Pokemon with this skill to the team can lead to a quick recovery when your Pokemon are low on energy or depressed. This skill is trending in the game, so keep an eye out for it.

Now you know how to keep your Pokemon energized and happy, it’s time to track your sleeping patterns. In our Pokemon Sleep review, we discuss how to reach the end of the main story and the challenges ahead.
