Want to know about the different Pokemon Sleep types? There are 104 Pokemon that you can befriend in the game. Each one has a sleep type that determines which ones appear after a sleep session.

Befriending Pokemon is important, as they help gather items and feed Snorlax. Disrupted sleep means that you’ll be visited by Dozing Sleep Type Pokemon. On the other hand, a good night’s rest with few disruptions results in the appearance of Snoozing Sleep Type Pokemon. Finally, the rare Slumbering Sleep Type Pokemon appear after a peaceful sleep session with few disruptions. Here’s a brief description of each sleep type and its characteristics.
