Pokemon Sleep app lets you level up and evolve your favorite critters by tracking your sleep.

As you befriend more Pokemon, you’ll gain access to more skills and ingredients, and the ability to cook more delectable dishes. Each critter has a specific level requirement to evolve, and sleep tracking is the primary way to level up and evolve Pokemon.

You’ll need to sleep for at least an hour for your Pokemon to gain experience points, and you’ll also need to make sure that your critter is well rested to continue the process. Candies and evolution stones are needed to evolve Pokemon, and you’ll need at least seven sleep entries to start leveling up your favorite critter. You’ll also need the Growth Incense to double experience points during sleep sessions.

Level Requirements:

You can obtain sleep entries by having at least seven sleep entries, then completing a research session. You’ll gain experience points based on the quality of your sleep, with a growth formula applied to determine how many experience points you earn.

You’ll need to cook Dream Candies using Dream Shards and a Dream Cauldron, which you can obtain using recipes with the Handy Candy or through missions. Dream Shards can be obtained from the Regular Exchange Shop using Sleep Points. The shop updates every two weeks and offers limited supplies of these items, so you’ll need to purchase Dream Shards or trade with other players if you’re looking to evolve your Pokemon quickly.
