Final Fantasy 7 Remake Side Quests

All the Final Fantasy 7 Remake side quests can be found in Chapter 14. Completing these quests will reward you with additional benefits, including the Master Materia. It is highly recommended to locate and complete all of them. Some quests require you to finish previous quests before you can initiate them, so it is important to consult this guide before embarking on your search for the specific quests.

Chapter 14 of Final Fantasy 7 Remake is divided into three main areas: the scrapyard, the Midgar arcway, and the Forgotten City. Although all the quests are available from the start, you must complete the Tomboy Bandit and Subterranean Menace quests before you can complete Corneo's Secret Stash and Secret Medicine, respectively. While it is possible to work on multiple quests simultaneously, it is suggested to initiate quests as you encounter them, even if you cannot complete them until you finish the prerequisite quests.

Corneo's Secret Stash, Secret Medicine, and Ms. Folia

Two quests in Chapter 14, Corneo's Secret Stash and Secret Medicine, can only be started after completing quests in the Midgar Arcway section. These quests will take you from the scrapyard to the Forgotten City, making it convenient to complete them together.

Upon entering Sector 5 and passing the barrier, you will encounter an enemy named Rude Mr. He presents a unique challenge as he cannot be attacked until all other enemies are defeated. His technique, Smog, damages everyone except himself and serves as his opening attack. Equipping Ice and Wind Materia is recommended to deal with him effectively.

Once all the enemies are defeated, you can attack Rude Mr. He primarily uses single-target attacks, such as Stinger and Night Fall, and has approximately 9,000 HP. After defeating him, you can collect the Midgar Key and complete this part of the chapter. The quest giver for Corneo's Secret Stash can be found at the Midgar exit gate. Corneo will ask you to find his misplaced kids.

Ms. Folia is located near the entrance to the hideout with the kids inside. She will ask you to retrieve them. Fortunately, they are all in one place this time, so there is no need to worry about accidental separations.

Head to the cemetery in the scrapyard, where you will find Oates near some tombstones. He explains that his friends touched the tombstones and then disappeared. Several mini-bosses called Phantoms will appear. Defeat them and the four missing kids will reappear:

Once all the kids are back with Oates, you will receive a Time Materia. Speak with the stablehand outside Chocobo Sam's, who will ask for your help in rounding up three missing Chocobos.

The first Chocobo can be found in the scrapyard in Sector 5, specifically in the Nuts 'n' Bolts Hill area. When you try to interact with the Chocobo, a Rust Drake will appear, so be sure to have Ice and Wind Materia equipped.

After defeating the Rust Drake, remember to feed the Chocobo some greens, allowing it to go back to work and enabling you to use the elevator to return to ground level.

Next, go to the old church and you will find a Chocobo sitting in an alcove on Sanctuary Way. Feed it some greens, then proceed to the collapsed expressway where you will find the last Chocobo waiting near the end of the Old Bypass section. Before you can feed it the greens, however, you must take care of
