A Skyrim Wars Mod Brings Star Wars to The Elder Scrolls

A Skyrim Wars mod combines the worlds of The Elder Scrolls and Star Wars, and it’s everything you could have hoped for and more. A match made in a galaxy far, far away, the Skyrim Wars mod is a thing of beauty, and we’ve all been waiting for this for a long time.

Skyrim Wars is a mod, so we’re not quite at the Skyrim Star Wars game stage yet, but this crossover is so good that it’s hard not to get excited about the prospect. A user comments “The wrong imperial empire, you mean?” as the discussion gets silly, with many users joining in the fun with Star Wars references. Some point out that “imperial” can also refer to a race or someone who belongs to an empire, but it doesn’t matter – it’s all in good fun.

The discussion then turns to the upcoming game Starfield, which gets a lot of people excited. Some mention they play on different platforms, like Xbox Series S. One user jokes, “If the Empire had Vader, the Summerset Isle in Skyrim would be in trouble.” A creative user imagines a crossover between Skyrim and Star Wars, writing: “The Rebel Stormcloaks are assaulting the Imperial Empire, with Ulfric Stormcloak leading an army of Nord rebels against the might of the Empire.”

They add: “The Empire has brought the full might of their military to the northern province of Skyrim, and the battle between the Stormcloaks and the Imperial Empire rages across the province.” Another user adds a Star Wars reference, writing: “Darth Vader crash lands on Nirn, gets amnesia, and joins the Stormcloaks to fight the Empire.”

Someone then wonders about the quality of the mod and expresses interest in trying it. Another user says, “I’d love to see General Tullius’s lines voiced by Darth Vader.” There’s also a clever Star Wars quote adapted to fit the discussion.

If you want to try the Skyrim Wars mod, you can download it here. It requires Skyrim Special Edition 1.6 or higher, and it is best to create a new save before using it. You can also check out the best Star Wars games available right now, as there’s sure to be something you love.
