The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom
Want to know where to find all the new Necrom Skyshard locations? While the journey through the story of The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom might take players to new locations, there are also shiny things to be found. Skyshards are invaluable for earning skill points for characters. Earning these points is important, as it allows players to unlock additional abilities to help them travel Tamriel and take down any Dragonborn enemies that come their way.
There are three skill point perks in The Elder Scrolls Online, one of which can be chosen when gaining enough skill points. The introduction of the new chapter in the MMORPG will introduce a new set of Skyshards that can be found scattered all over Tamriel. Each Skyshard located nets players a skill point, maximizing perk choices. Here’s where to find all the new Skyshard locations introduced in Necrom.
New Necrom Skyshard locations
The Necrom chapter introduces new Skyshards for players to find around the zones of the expansion, for a total of 18 new ones in all. The Telvanni Peninsula has its own set, which has seven Skyshards in total. All four of the overworld Skyshard locations in the Necrom delve guides have already been covered, so we’ll be focusing on the other three here.
The Telvanni Peninsula features two delves and one Public Dungeon, each containing a Skyshard.
Apocrypha has a total of 11 Skyshards. All four of the overworld Skyshard locations in the Apocrypha delve guides have already been covered, so we’ll be focusing on the other seven here.
Apocrypha features four delves and one Public Dungeon, each with a Skyshard.
Once players have collected all the Skyshards in the Telvanni Peninsula and Apocrypha, they can earn the achievement “Necrom Skyshard Hunter.” Although players won't get as many skill points from Necrom as they might in another DLC, they are also traveling over areas that are much larger in scope and should also be considered. If players manage to find all the Skyshards quickly, however, they could get five from the new zones alone.
The Elder Scrolls Online has many Skyshard locations, each hiding somewhere in the vast land of Tamriel. Each zone has its own set of Skyshards, and the Planes of Oblivion are so vastly different in places that players can’t even access them without expansions. Skyshards can be found all over the place, but players will at least always be rewarded with a skill point and new location lore if they read the descriptions in the Constellatory, so give it a go if you’re stuck trying to find them.
