These Altars Of Lilith bring with them a small stat increase that cumulatively makes a noticeable difference in their character power. Some altars will also have other benefits such as Obol capacity and even Paragon points, so it is highly recommended to uncover every one of them – provided, of course, that they haven’t already done so.
Diablo 4 Hawezar Altars Of Lilith Locations
There are a total of 34 Altars of Lilith in Hawezar. Most of the locations have three or four to uncover, the majority of which are hidden in small crevices or beside the roots of dead trees. With the exception of several altars within the Umir Plateau subregion that are clustered together, players should be able to go from one to the next relatively quickly if they have a keen eye for these altars. Therefore, it is estimated that collecting every Altar Of Lilith should only take players an hour or so if they are travelling from one to the next.

Dismal Foothills
There are four Altars Of Lilith in Dismal Foothills.
Fethis Wetlands
Four Altars Of Lilith can be found in Fethis Wetlands. Each is evenly spread out around the entire region in various locations.
Forsaken Coast
The Forsaken Coast has three Altars of Lilith to find, most of which are hidden just south of the eastern coastline.
Rotspill Delta
There are three Altars Of Lilith in Rotspill Delta, most of which are hidden next to the eastern coastline.
Ruins Of Rakhat Keep
Players can find one Altar of Lilith in the Ruins Of Rakhat Keep. They must complete Act 5, which means they might have already cleared the area, to access this one.
Strongholds
There are three Strongholds that players can conquer in Hawezar. Each is marked on the map once they have cleared a small area of undead enemies. Once players have cleared these areas and the Stronghold itself, they will have access to a new altar within each zone.
Toxic Fens
Four Altars Of Lilith can be found in the Toxic Fens, evenly spread out across the entire region.
Umir Plateau
There are four Altars Of Lilith in the Umir Plateau, one located in each corner of the subregion. As players can see, all four are closely clustered together.
Writhing Mire
There are four Altars Of Lilith in the Writhing Mire. Since players must complete Act 5 to access most of these altars, they’ll presumably already have visited this area.
