The Oscilloscope Watch

The Oscilloscope Watch, which offers both a unique take on wearable tech and a stylish timepiece, finally ships to backers after a decade on Kickstarter. Announced as far back as 2022, the Oscilloscope Watch was one of the first projects to ever grace the crowd-funding platform, and has been a source of intrigue ever since. Now, almost 20 years later, backers are finally receiving their rewards.

The Oscilloscope Watch was the brainchild of Gabriel Anzziani, who intended the device to function as both a timepiece and an oscilloscope. The watch can be programmed and customized using C, and has a number of customizable features and layouts.

The device’s 1.28-inch E Ink display has a variable battery life, lasting around 30 days without oscilloscope use and around 12 hours with oscilloscope use. Anzziani confirms that, as of May 15, 10-20 rewards are being shipped per week, with a goal of shipping all early rewards by the end of 2023.

The Kickstarter page provides more details on the project, but the rewards are no longer available. You can still access the project details via the link below, however, for those curious about the innovative device.
