Some players have applauded the game for its enjoyable gameplay, lack of live service cosmetics, and affordable price, suggesting that EA should take notes from Battlebit's success. However, others have expressed their disappointment with Battlefield 2042, comparing its reception unfavorably to that of Battlebit.
