Stick to World Tier 3 for the highest bonus XP returns. If you level up too high and then drop back down to World Tier 3, you will face high-level Elites that only grant minimal XP.

Helltide is a seasonal event that sets enemy levels two levels above your own in the zone. Since level 60 is a common stopping point for most players, this is a good time to start farming.
