Diablo 4 Season 1 Update Frustrates Asmongold
The Diablo 4 Season 1 update is so bad that popular streamer Asmongold, who often plays the Blizzard RPG on his Twitch and YouTube channels, expresses his frustration with the game in a lengthy video, saying he may be “done” with it. The long-time player and streamer voices his discontent with the direction of the latest update, which he says has left him “angry” and “disappointed.”
“I’m just so frustrated with this game right now,” Asmongold says in his video about Diablo 4 Season 1. “I’ve been playing for years, and I’ve never been this frustrated with a Blizzard game.”
The streamer goes on to say that his disappointment with Diablo 4 has grown with the latest update and that he considers it the breaking point for him.
“I’m just done with the game. I might be done,” Asmongold says, hinting at quitting Diablo 4 for good. “I’m not even upset about the loot system, I’m just upset about how bad everything is.”
Asmongold goes on to explain his frustration with Diablo 4 Season 1. He says the Diablo 4 community has been unhappy with the game’s direction for some time, with its systems like the loot box-like Mystic Bazaar and the seasonal updates, but that Diablo 4 Season 1 seems to have reached a boiling point.
“This update is just the straw that broke the camel’s back for me,” Asmongold says. “I’m just so disappointed in this game. I’m just so angry at this game.”
The streamer also says he wants to enjoy the game and that he used to enjoy Diablo 4, but that recent updates have left him feeling “empty” after playing for hours.
“Why did I waste my time on this game for six years?” Asmongold says. “It makes me feel so empty. I’m playing for hours, and hours, and hours, and I’m just like ‘What is the point?’”
