Diablo 4 has a variety of unique enemies, including pirates, cultists, and of course, demons. Some enemies have special mechanics, while others have unique loot and skills. These elite enemies are among the rarest in the game. Unique Elites are exceptionally powerful monsters that have special equipment that always rolls the same stats and can be valuable for specific builds.

There are a total of 20 different unique Elite enemies spread across the world, with four in each region. Each unique Elite has designated spawning locations, making them a little easier to find. Let’s take a look at where to find each unique Elite enemy and what kind of equipment they drop.

Rotsplinter, The Infested

Ring: Ring of Splintered Wood

Location: Southern Highlands, in the Ancient Tree Base mini-dungeon.

What does it drop? Rotsplinter, The Infested drops the Ring of Splintered Wood (Ring) which provides critical strike chance, poison damage, and damage to close enemies. These unique Elites can spawn as early as chapter 2, making this one of the first unique Elites you can come across.

“Wrathful” Osgar Reede, Unflinching, Unfeeling

Mace: Mace of Blazing Furor

Location: In the Fields of Misery, in the Wailing Wind Cavern mini-dungeon.

What does it drop? Osgar Reede, Unflinching, Unfeeling drops the Mace of Blazing Furor (One-Handed Mace) with bonuses to damage against burning enemies, damage while berserking, and overpower damage.

Sir Lynna, Disciple of the Dark

Darkblade

Location: In the Path of Lost Whispers, in the Ancient Tree Base mini-dungeon.

What does it drop? Sir Lynna, Disciple of the Dark drops the Darkblade (One-Handed Sword) which deals shadow damage, increases damage to enemies affected by shadow damage over time, and provides a lucky hit chance to execute injured non-elites.

Corlin Hulle, The Multiplicitous

Staff of Elemental Command

Location: West of Buri’s Crossing, in the Droughtlands, in the Caverns of Lost Hope mini-dungeon.

What does it drop? Corlin Hulle, The Multiplicitous drops the Staff of Elemental Command (Staff) which deals fire, lightning, and cold damage.

Lord Eonan, The Blood-Cursed

Blood-Cursed Band

Location: In the Path of Lost Whispers, in the Lost Oasis mini-dungeon.

What does it drop? Lord Eonan, The Blood-Cursed drops the Blood-Cursed Band (Ring) with bonuses to damage for 4 seconds after picking up a blood orb, blood orb healing, and damage to close enemies.

Garbhan Ennai, The Butcher of Cerrigar

Manhunter’s Breeches

Location: In the Fields of Misery, in the Lost Oasis mini-dungeon.

What does it drop? Garbhan Ennai, The Butcher of Cerrigar drops the Manhunter’s Breeches (Pants) which provide ranks of rabies (for Druid only), damage for 4 seconds after killing an elite, and increased healing received.

Blind Odwyn (Blind Edlin), The Soul-Starved

Blind Man’s Bell

Location: In the Path of Lost Whispers, in the Lost Oasis mini-dungeon.

What does it drop? Blind Odwyn (Blind Edlin), The Soul-Starved drops the Blind Man’s Bell (Amulet) which provides bonuses to control impaired duration reduction, damage reduction while injured, and movement speed for 4 seconds after killing an elite.
