The zones with the highest number of Altar of Lilith statues are Hawezar, where you can find 34, and Kohe Sahara, which features 31. In Fractured Peaks, there are 28; in Scosglen, you can find 34; in Dry Steppes, you can loot 33; and in Kehjistan, you can discover 31.
