Diablo 4 Scattered Prisms Farming Guide
Socketing your gear is an essential part of character building in Diablo 4. By adding sockets to your weapons and armor, you can customize your character with different Gems that offer unique effects. To enhance your gear, you'll need to obtain the rare Scattered Prisms.
There are two main methods for acquiring Scattered Prisms in Diablo 4. The first method is to farm Treasure Goblins. These mischievous creatures randomly appear in the open world, but be aware that each player can only see their own Treasure Goblin. Prioritize killing them swiftly to avoid missing out on their rare loot drop. While Treasure Goblins have a higher chance of dropping Scattered Prisms than normal enemies, the drop rate is time-gated. This means that hours of farming may not yield any Scattered Prisms, but if you're fortunate enough to kill them before their timer expires, you'll receive a generous amount of Scattered Prisms.
The second method involves farming World Bosses. Diablo 4 features multiple World Bosses that appear on a set schedule. Unlike Treasure Goblins, there is no time limit for defeating them, allowing for repeated farming. World Bosses offer a chance to drop Scattered Prisms along with some of the best loot in the game. However, you'll need to act quickly and gather a squad of 12 players to take them down. While you can't farm World Bosses repeatedly, they provide a much higher chance of obtaining Scattered Prisms compared to hunting Treasure Goblins.
In addition to the two main methods mentioned above, Scattered Prisms can also be acquired at a lower drop rate from Elite enemies, Dungeons, and other sources.
Now that you know the methods for farming Scattered Prisms, it's time to put your strategies into action. Stock up on these rare prisms and start adding sockets to your best weapons and armor in Diablo 4. Unlock the true potential of your character build with the right Gems and dominate the game!
