Unlocking 'The' as the first word in your Diablo 4 title requires completing several quests in the Ally of the Bear Tribe quest line. These quests include Shattered Tribute, The Beast's Challenge, Hammer of the Champion, and Call of the Ancients.
The first step is to complete Shattered Tribute by collecting 25 Ice Clan Bones in the Hoarfrost Demise dungeon. These bones exclusively drop from Ice Clan enemies inside the dungeon.
After collecting the 25 Ice Clan Bones, you'll need to hand them in to Sena. Then, you'll be tasked with killing Kauller the Collector. Find him in the marked area on the map. He's a fairly basic enemy, so defeating him shouldn't be a problem.
Once you have obtained his head, return to Greganoch to mount the trophy. Speak to Greganoch again in camp to start The Beast's Challenge. This quest involves killing Kauller the Collector again and mounting his trophy in the camp.

Defeat three Ice Clan Stormcallers, defeat Rimescar, and rekindle the shrine to access the Rimescar Cavern. Inside the dungeon, find the Impaled Champion Baltok. Interact with him to obtain the Grizzly Maul, then return to camp to present it to Greganoch.
