Asmongold, a popular World of Warcraft Twitch streamer and avid player of Blizzard's MMORPG, issues a warning to the game developer about the potential consequences of delaying fixes for Diablo 4 as the action role-playing game moves into its next phase of testing.

In a recent livestream, the streamer, who goes by Asmongold in WoW, expresses concern that the highly anticipated game could hemorrhage players if Blizzard doesn't address its issues promptly.

The streamer, who has over 2 million followers on Twitch, urges the company to "get off its ass" and prioritize fixing the game to avoid losing a significant portion of its player base.

"Honestly, if they don't fix sh*t, people are just going to be like, 'F*ck this, I'm done.' They need to fix sh*t," Asmongold says. "They're going to have this game that they worked so hard on, and all the developers worked so hard on, and it's just going to die because they didn't listen to the players."

Asmongold believes that if Blizzard waits too long to "fix sh*t," players will become frustrated and eventually abandon the game. The Twitch personality emphasizes the importance of addressing issues promptly, as players are eagerly anticipating the release of Diablo 4.

"Diablo 4 is going to be a success if Blizzard listens to the community," Asmongold says. "The community is the backbone of any game. The success of any game, whether it's World of Warcraft, Diablo 4, Fortnite, anything; if they listen to the players, they're going to succeed. If they don't listen to the players, they're going to fail."

Asmongold's warning comes in response to the recent technical alpha test for Diablo 4, which highlighted several gameplay and balance issues. The streamer expresses his disappointment with the state of the game, citing problems with character customization, progression systems, and overall gameplay feel.

"I was like 'oh my god, what is going on?'" Asmongold remarks. "I'm so hyped for this game, but I'm a little concerned." He continues, "This isn't even alpha, this is alpha test two; this is the phase where you're supposed to address all these issues."

Asmongold concludes, "I hope Blizzard is listening to this; this is serious." His message serves as a call to action for Blizzard, urging the company to be proactive in addressing the concerns raised during the technical alpha test and delivering a game that meets players' expectations.
