Backtrack and head upward to an area with a Heart Container and a hook to Swing from. Swing to the left and break through a floor using Ground Pound to find the second kid.

Return to Mayor Leeward and head northeast to find the third kid behind a tall tower. Swing to the top of the tower and drop behind it to discover the third kid.

Travel northwest from the teeter-totter room to find a room with two hidden areas. Smash through breakable floors and Wall Jump to find the fourth kid.

Head back to the teeter-totter room and go northeast to find the fifth kid. Pass through a large wooden barrel and activate Star Bridges to reach the kid. Wall Jump and use Star Bridges to navigate to a hidden area and find the fifth kid.
