Accessing GTA Online's Hollywood expansion

How to access GTA Online’s Hollywood expansion
Once you’ve logged into GTA Online, Lamar will call you about a new project with Franklin. To meet Franklin, you’ll need to purchase a specific building from Dynasty8 Executive. There are four variants of the property available, ranging from $2,010,000 to $2,830,000. If you don’t have enough cash, you can either wait until you’ve earned more money, do a heist, or use a shark card to instantly get the money you need.
Once you’ve purchased the building in question, head to the location and a cutscene will introduce Franklin, Lamar, and Chop. Once the cutscene finishes, go to your interaction menu and register as a CEO. This will allow you to start doing contracts. Franklin will mention being busy with another lead, so you can’t do the mission for Dr. Dre just yet.
Once you’ve completed at least one security contract, Franklin will call you to the golf course. Once you’re on the course, the special VIP contract becomes available. This contract features the likeness of Dre himself, and you’ll need to fly a helicopter to complete the mission.
