Given the importance of getting enough sleep, it makes sense that you can adjust your bedtime in Pokemon Sleep. After all, not everyone wakes up at the same time every day, and it’s not The Pokemon Company’s fault if the kids want breakfast at five in the morning.
How to Change Your Bedtime in Pokemon Sleep
Setting your bedtime in Pokemon Sleep is as easy as can be, and can be done with a few taps. You can change your bedtime even before your tutorial sleep session starts, so don’t worry if your circadian rhythm is off when you start playing the game.
Once you’ve got your Pokemon out of their balls and into your bedroom, tap the ‘Sleep’ button on the bottom edge of the app’s display. Ignore the incense feature for now, and tap the ‘Bedtime’ button to continue.
To the right of the ‘Bedtime’ button is your scheduled wakeup time. Click on it to manually enter your projected bedtime hours.
That’s all there is to it, you can adjust your bedtime as often as you need. After all, we all know what it’s like when the kids have friends round and you need to stay up late. The Pokemon Company knows too, they’ve got kids too, after all.
