Pokemon Sleep's Cooking System

The Pokemon Sleep system allows you to research how Pokemon sleep and take care of a special Snorlax. As you help Snorlax, it helps you attract Pokemon for your sleep research.

In Pokemon Sleep, you can gather ingredients to cook meals for Snorlax. Different ingredients result in different meals, and recipes require specific ingredients. You can cook a meal over a campfire, and your Pokemon can fan the flames to help the meal cook faster.

At first, you can only auto-cook meals based on learned recipes. Later, you can manually create meals by studying 12 different Sleep Styles. Each Snorlax has a preferred taste, so cook meals based on its preferences. Feeding berries to Snorlax throughout the day increases its strength.

There are three mealtime frames when you can cook for Snorlax. Tap on Snorlax when the meal icon appears to start Cooking. Having a Pokemon Go Plus + device and playing Pokemon Go gives you extra berries in Pokemon Sleep.

Here are the details on Pokemon Sleep’s cooking system:

• There are 15 types of ingredients you can obtain. Your helper Pokemon can collect ingredients throughout the day. Higher-level Pokemon can collect more ingredients.
• You can see your Pokemon’s Helping Stats, such as berries, ingredients, frequency, and carry limit. These provide information for ingredient collection. Certain Pokemon Main Skills and Sub Skills help you collect more ingredients and berries.
• Use Ingredient Tickets from the Sleep Point Exchange to get additional cooking ingredients. Manage your ingredient supply and collect more if needed.
