Stardew Valley farm house upgrades

There are plenty of Stardew Valley house renovations available to make your humble abode even more comfortable, such as adding a southern room and a corner room. Each of these renovations takes up space, so you’ll need to make sure you plan carefully before adding them to your house.

Your farmhouse’s initial layout and furniture depend on your chosen farm layout and the map you chose to start your farm on. You can make various renovations to the inside of your farmhouse, including opening up the bedroom, adding a southern room, and adding a corner room. Each of your Stardew Valley spouses or roommates also adds a themed room to the right side of your house, so you can create your ideal virtual home.

Stardew Valley house upgrades

You can visit Robin at her Carpenter Shop to pay for these upgrades. The first upgrade costs 10,000 gold and 450 wood, adding a kitchen and separating the bedroom. With this upgrade, you can marry someone and expand the bed to a double.

The second upgrade costs 50,000 gold and 150 hardwood. It adds a nursery and an empty room, allowing you to have children and expanding the kitchen and bedroom.

The third upgrade costs 100,000 gold and adds a cellar to age certain products. It doesn’t affect the layout of your farmhouse, but it does add functionality to it.

Each spouse or roommate you add to your farmhouse also adds a themed room to the right side of your house. You can remove the crib to prevent having children, opening up the bedroom, adding a southern room, and adding a corner room.
