Blasphemous 2 multiple endings

Blasphemous 2 offers multiple endings, and you can get both of them in the same save file. We’ve already covered Blasphemous 2 Ending B, but if you’re looking for the alternative, the game’s ‘Default’ ending, we’ve got everything you need to explain how to get and view it.

There are two Blasphemous 2 endings, both accessible within the same save file, so if you fancy trying to get both, you don’t need to start fresh. There’s no reason you can’t get both of them, other than the fact that one requires a lot of effort and specific tasks. So, if you’re looking to achieve Ending A in Blasphemous 2, here’s how to unlock it.

How to get Ending A in Blasphemous 2

To get Ending A in Blasphemous 2, you need to complete specific tasks and acquire four Altarpieces of Favor. You can still get Ending B in the same save file, so don’t worry about locking yourself out if you choose to work for this ending.

You need to clear all Dungeons up to Incarnate Devotion in order to get Ending A, so if you haven’t already, make sure you clear Ending B first.

The Altarpieces of Favor are found in the following locations:

  • Location 1
  • Location 2
  • Location 3
  • Location 4

Each Altarpiece turns to solid gold when equipped in the right Slots, so keep an eye out for this visual indicator.

Once you have all four Altarpieces of Favor, you need to use them to acquire the Incense of the Envoys Key Item. There are four Altarpieces, so you need to place them in the correct Slots:

  1. Slot 1: Altarpiece 1
  2. Slot 2: Altarpiece 2
  3. Slot 3: Altarpiece 3
  4. Slot 4: Altarpiece 4

When you have the Incense of the Envoys, head to the Chapel of the Five Doves. There’s a brazier there you can interact with, and doing so leads to the next area, Incarnate Devotion.

You can now proceed to Incarnate Devotion. Interacting with Eviterno’s corpse takes you to the boss encounter against Incarnate Devotion. The fight is identical to Ending B, but you get a new cutscene upon defeating the boss. You’re then returned to the main menu, but Blasphemous 2 Ending B is still available.

The only way to make the choice to Deny giving the Incense of the Envoys is after the encounter against Incarnate Devotion. So, if you want to see the Incense of the Envoys cutscene, you need to defeat Incarnate Devotion at least once.

That’s everything you need to achieve Blasphemous 2 Ending A. If you don’t fancy completing specific tasks, Blasphemous 2 Ending B is much easier to get, and we have that guide here.
