The FlexiSpot E7Q 4-Leg Standing Desk

The FlexiSpot E7Q 4-Leg Standing Desk is a hefty Upgrade for people looking to improve their home office ergonomics. Standing desks are ideal for those who spend hours at a time at their desk, as it minimizes the risk of developing a variety of ailments like back pain and RSI. The E7Q is a spacious solution, with a range of sizes to choose from to suit your workspace. What’s more, you can even customise the frame to fit your specific requirements.

Standing desks are becoming increasingly popular, and the FlexiSpot E7Q is a fantastic option if you have the space and budget. While 4-leg desks tend to be more expensive than their 2-leg counterparts, the E7Q is especially costly, and it lacks a few key features present in other FlexiSpot models.

The large E7Q measures 200cm by 90cm, making it comparable to a dining table. It’s available in a range of sizes, from 120cm by 60cm up to the reviewed 200cm by 90cm. You can even choose to alter the size of the desktop itself. You can select from various desktop materials, such as glass, wood, or bamboo, with a choice of finish, bevel, and edge style.

The desk comes in a large box, and assembly requires two people due to the weight. It does take longer to put together than the previous FlexiSpot desks I’ve tested, but it’s nothing more than a small inconvenience.

The four-leg structure provides a solid and stable standing experience. There are fewer USB ports here than on the FlexiSpot Q8, but at least there are still some ports to charge your devices. Cable management is limited, with wires simply hanging down and a fabric cover to prevent dangling.

The desk is fantastic quality, but it’s certainly expensive. The frame alone costs £899.99, and the price increases depending on the chosen desktop. The E7Q is a big step up from the FlexiSpot EG8 and Q8, but it lacks a few features like storage or drawers.

If you’ve got the budget and space, the E7Q is a fantastic 4-leg standing desk. However, it’s pricey and lacks several features present in other FlexiSpot models. While the E7Q was provided for review, our reviews are always objective and impartial. We recommend considering other options before purchasing the E7Q.

FlexiSpot is celebrating its 7th anniversary with a huge sale from August 28 to September 1, 2023. Check out our FlexiSpot EG8 review for an alternative standing desk to the pricey E7Q.
